Get ITV1 from other areas with a Sky digibox.   Most ITV on Sky is free to air - no card required.

 14 December 2007 - Channel 4 started a High Definition service on Sky in December 2007. See here   You will need Sky HD box to receive these broadcasts. There are currently some HD transmissions on Freeview in some areas. You will need a new set top box to receive the HD programmes as they will be in a different format to current Freeview..  More here HD TV on Freeview        

 

        ITV and CH4 coming to Freeview HD soon

 

ITV 2 (118) and ITV 3 (119) launched +1 hour services on Sky from October 30th 2006. 

ITV4 (120) launched  +1 hour service in December 2008.

The plus 1 hour EPG positions are ITV2+1 is on 179 ITV3+1 is on 180 and ITV4+1 is not on the SKY EPG but can be manually tuned.

 

 

Five's additional channels launched on October 15th and 16th 2006. They are Five USA and Fiver (formerly Five Life).

EPG's are 174 (+1 on 175) and 176 (+1 on 177). If you can not receive them go to add channels and use 12.422 H.

The new spin-off channels will be used to further promote its popular strands and shows such as Milkshake, and the various CSI.

There are also repeat showings of some programmes such as Fifth Gear and The Gadget Show along with omnibus editions of Neighbours.
