The apartment we stayed in is right in the centre of the picture, first floor above the black car. The square across the street. lots of lovely restaurants and entertainment in the evening.
This area of Tenerife is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 or 20 minutes from Los Christianos and Playa de las Americas. By day this is a very quiet area and in the evening there are several bars and restaurants to choose from. Everything stops a midnight so there are no late nights. There is no beach but it is on the coast. A path along the front makes a pleasant walk as far as Santa Barbara Hotel though at one point where a new hotel is being built the path is not finished. |
